Weigh In: Week 1

268.8 lbs!!!  5.6 lbs lost.  WAHOO. 

I am so pleased with this result.  This keeps me going when I can see results!  I did cheat once over the weekend when my dear husband brought me up some ice cream.  He was so thoughtful, I couldn't turn him down. 

Breakfast Monday:   Quinoa with a little brown sugar, light Activia yogurt, and grapefruit.
