Need to Blog

Okay, I did not do as good as I did last week.  Partly because last week was my first week and I probably lost water weight.  And, partly because I was not blogging.  If I blog every day, I tend not to cheat.  When I don't blog I don't have to account to anyone, so I cheat.  I am going to do better.  I am glad I lost 1.6 pounds.  I don't think I deserved it.

Breakfast today:  Costco weight loss shake, light Activia yogurt, grapefruit.
