Food Log

Dinner Friday night:  6" Subway roasted chicken breast sandwich, no cheese, lots of lettuce, tomato, green peppers, with a smidge of lite mayo and red wine vinegar (fat-free, so they say, but full of flavor).

Breakfast Saturday morning:  2 eggs scrambled, 1 piece whole wheat toast, grapes

Lunch Saturday:  Costco hotdog  ( I was shopping and hungry and that is the healthiest thing there.)

Dinner Saturday:  A couple of handfuls of chopped lettuce, with some rotisserie chicken (Costco!) on top with light dressing.

Snack Saturday:  A few chips (Costco again!)  with fresh Jack's salsa and homemade canned peaches.  Yummy!!

I seem to be a little more disciplined during the week when I am at work.  I am going to post my weight every Monday morning.  Hopefully, that will help with my weekend discipline.  :)
